Chile Aioli

We sometimes call this our house mother sauce because it is so delicious and versatile. The key here is to start with a good-quality mayonnaise (we personally prefer Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo). 

You can play around with the ratios a bit, adding more of The Chiles if you prefer a spicier sauce. 

Ingredients 

  • 4 tbsp mayo 
  • 1 tbsp The Chiles 
  • juice of 1 lime 
  • salt 

Recipe

  • Mix together the mayo, The Chiles, and lime juice in a small bowl. 
  • Salt to taste, and add additional lime juice as needed to get the consistency you'd like. 
  • Enjoy!
