We sometimes call this our house mother sauce because it is so delicious and versatile. The key here is to start with a good-quality mayonnaise (we personally prefer Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo).
You can play around with the ratios a bit, adding more of The Chiles if you prefer a spicier sauce.
- 4 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp The Chiles
- juice of 1 lime
- Mix together the mayo, The Chiles, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Salt to taste, and add additional lime juice as needed to get the consistency you'd like.
